Abstract

El artículo explica el concepto de "obligación negociable", y analiza sus formas de representación, en virtud de la relevancia que este aspecto formal tiene al momento de la ejecución de los derechos emergentes del instrumento. The article explains the concept of "negotiable obligation", and analyzes its forms of representation, by virtue of the relevance that this formal aspect has at the time of the execution of the emerging rights of the instrument.
